I thought it was fun to buy my "Miles" a book about him. While the book is an easy read, my son never found it interesting. Its a story about Miles driving to school in his pedal car. I would not purchase if it was not my sons name. Good for toddlers as the pictures are nice and bright but story is lacking. It is also written in 1st and 3 person which I find is not great for young kids.
Our grandson received MILES TO THE FINISH, the newer book first, and he loved the story and wanted more. He loves this Miles book and still wants more!
It was a cute book. I bought it for my godson whom is also named Miles. I figured it would be fun for him to have a book with a character in his name. I have not given it to him yet, but I have read it and its very cute.
Simple book, good for early readers but pictures make it fun for a kiddo to be read to as well.
My grandson, Miles, loves seeing his name in this book. And very cute story and illustrations.
I bought this for my son, Miles, because there aren't a ton of books with his name. The illustrations are adorable and I love that they use maps (don't all kids LOVE maps!!). The story is all right, but its simple and easily relate-able for young kids.
My 3 year old grandson and I read it quite often. He always liked the story, especially when they have to make repairs to the horn. So of course I had to buy another copy for my Niece's boy Miles, they had never seen the book.
My 3 year old loved this book! It has cute, colorful illustrations and is easy to understand. It is a quick read and it holds my very active son's attention. I don't even mind having to read it every single night.
